The importance of this book for me is found not only in the book itself
but also in the process of its creation. It was exciting to be surrounded
by critically acclaimed photographs and engage in weekly discussions
and planning sessions with my enthusiastic colleagues. Enthusiasm
inspires me more than obligation. Enthusiasm cannot be forced; it will
not come into being from a sense of duty. Our dedication is driven by
love and devotion to photography.
Grateful acknowledgements are due to all my colleagues from the
editorial staff. I must thank Ágnes Karolina Bakk, Róna Kopeczky, Gábor
Arion Kudász, and Ábel Szalontai for all of their passionate efforts in
this joint process.
